From the install to our first maintenance check the sales staff, techs and office employees were all very knowledgeable and helpful. They kept us updated and informed which was much appreciated. We were referred by a family member and I’ve been referring them to friends ever since. I’ll definitely be using them for any future work we need done. Highly recommended!!

Kelley Brothers installed my Generac generator September 28. They were truly a pleasure to work with. Ray gave me the quote and he was very knowledgeable and honest. He told me I could have my generator installed in less than a month and it was installed within that time period which was amazing because all the other companies were saying the soonest they could install was January-February of 2023! Nick T. and Rick came out to do the installation at 8 am on the scheduled date. They were very nice and reassuring and they answered all of my questions and concerns. I felt I was in good hands throughout the process. They did a really great job with the installation and I love knowing that i never have to worry about power outages again! The office staff Barb, Nicole and Lisa were very helpful too! I highly recommend Kelley Brothers.

Started working with Kelly Brothers LC a number of years ago when we had a whole house Generac Standby generator installed. The work was done on the day as promised and it has worked flawlessly ever since. Because of the quality of work and promptness with the generator when it was time to replace our furnace and A/C system we again called on Kelly to do the job. The work was done as promised and all is well 2 years after completion.

Kelly Bros. texted me to let me know their tech Zack was on his way to my house to perform the annual service on my Generac whole house generator which was installed a couple of years ago. The unit now has 89 hours on it and has worked perfectly every time it proactively briefly runs each week and during each power outage we’ve had. I watched as he changed the oil and filter, replaced spark plugs and air cleaner. He then ran routine diagnostic tests and cleaned up the unit. He did his work like a surgeon. No wasted time or motions. He was friendly and polite and if I were his boss I would do whatever I could to keep him. At this point I cannot say enough good things about the Kelly Brothers operation. Thank you!

Arthur was patient and through with me. He answered all my questions and concerns. We decided to go with Kelley Brothers for the install. Everything was done in a timely and Efficent manner.
